Below is a convenient reference guide for submitting your required promotional assets.

Delivery of Assets

  • Please have your promotional assets complete and finalized prior to submission and only submit your assets once.
  • Your promotional assets must be finalized and submitted 14 days prior to your scheduled email day.
  • If you have purchased a product from us, you will have received an email from with your particular form to fill in to submit your assets.
  • If you have not received this email, please check your trash, spam, and promotions folders before requesting a resend from us.

Large Square or Rectangular Flyer (width and height can be
approximately 600-1500 px in high resolution)

Email Content / Swipe Copy Document:
Please provide a few paragraphs describing your event, offering, or product in .doc or PDF format. We find that too much information can be overwhelming for our subscribers. Our ideal word count is roughly 300-400 words.

Main Square Thumbnail Graphic:
SIZE: 1000 x 1000 px


Main Event Graphic: 

  • The width can be approximately 600-1500 px
  • The height can be approximately 600-1500 px


Additional Graphics:
Optional, but strongly encouraged

Any other graphics you would like used in your campaign.
